Hello,
I am working on a project namely support ticketing system which will resolve the issues and problems of users. I have to develop this project as ASP.net web application with SQl server 2008 as backend. Now my question is how should I start my work. Please guide me step by step so that it is easy and perfect to develop this project. I want to knowthe perfect proceedure of doing this project. Please tell me from what to strat and how to end.

Hi sheikh First of all,you well known the 'What is Support ticketing system process',then design the tables in sql server 2008 according to the Process, you have to decide the which one is parent table and child tables .after that, then design the User Interface according to the Tables in Sql Server 2008.then do the Coding according to it.

Your guidence has given me a good lead to proceed for this project. Now I want you to provide me guidence in creating the tables in this system. Kindly help me in creating mainly user table and their rights table. How many fileds are needed. What kind of fields are needed.
