In SP select statement should return 6 vaues.

i am facing issue like SP retured single value that is with out complete excution of SP

Do not use + and ',' only use ,(comma) .like
SELECT
[dbo].fngetJOBID(@JOBIDSEQ) , @TCN , [dbo].[fngetFormName](@CARRIERID), 'NNNNNN', @CARRIERID , ',PROD'

Define the function [dbo].[fngetFormName] with a string parameter nd return should be a string(varchar(200))

One Way is Return the Values in Comma Separated in the single output variable.

2nd Way is take 6 output variables Using OUTPUT Keyword

Eg:

CREATE PROCEDURE ProcedureName
(
@param1 int OUTPUT
@param1 int OUTPUT
..
)
AS

There are two ways.One is define 6 output paramater anad at last set the values to the parameter,
Another set the values and at last select these like
