store and read DateTime

Hello, So i have get it: TimeSpan ts = DateTime.Now - new DateTime( 1900, 1, 1 ,0, 0, 0, 0 ); m_new_reg_time = (UInt32)ts.TotalSeconds; m_new_reg_rand = (UInt32)ts.TotalMilliseconds; but Ethereal show the time 1 hour later from my systemtime: Etherreal : Jan, 4, 2005 18:23:09.14353465 My systemtime: Jan, 4, 2005 17:23:09.14353465 How can i change it to correct time by sending throuth ethernet ? best regards

Hi, U can also separate Int64 into two UInt32 and then send through EtherPacket . . . Hi, U can solve using Int64 . . . First convert to Int64 as below, Int64 now64 = DateTime.Now.Ticks ; From this now, again construct the DateTime as below, DateTime nowDT = new DateTime ( now64 ) ; Is it Ok ? Cheers, Kannan T
