after adding a new class under project in visual studio it is not showing in start up object

Until and unless you have a Main method within the you class it wont shown in your startup objects.

Kindly add a Main method and setup ur startup object which ever you want to run.

Move your sub main into your new class and mark it as shared

Shared Sub Main()
Console.WriteLine("Startup")
End Sub

If you add any class file it will surly shows in your solution.
