copy the following windows binary and unzip and put it in your path.

Either it is not installed properly or you are not spelling the command properly.

The error "sqlite3 is not recognised as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file" comes when I write "sqlite3" for rexecuting commands in it.

Hi. Actually I m running it through cmd command. I have already included it in path variable but commands don't work.

What is the error?

You have to properly set your PATH environment variable to include one of the locations where sqlite3.exe resides.
