Well, the obvious way to do it would be to create a new DataSet and move one or more DataTables from the existing DataSet to the new one.

Suppose you have a DataTable 'dt' included in a DataSet 'ds'. Then here's how you could move it:

DataTable dt2 = dt.Copy();
DataSet ds2 = new DataSet();
ds2.Tables.Add(dt2);
ds.Tables.Remove(dt);
