Sms Sending in Window Form

I have to 2 textbox one for mobile number and another for typing messege ... and a button.

Question is I want to send the messege on mobile no(textbox1) whatever written on textbox2

on button click so please Suggest me something with a working Example (Window Application)

There are 2 option
1. Use sms API service
2. Using GSM modem
