SMS API not working with IIS asp.net

i am trying send SMS from asp.net website. it is working fine when i debug it from Visual studio 2010 but when i host in IIS, it is not working. can anyone help me in this?

First check the log. of iis. for the problem.
If every thing is fine over there. Next apply Thread.Sleep to wait for api response.

I think you are hosted in IIS, so it is not connected properly to their api. So find out API connection is working properly or not.
