I am windows developer and trying to learn anguler 4 . what need to be done before staring with anguler 4 ?

Hi,

If you are a windows developer, I would suggest you to learn basic html and css before going directly to angular js.

Also the best place to start learning angular is w3schools -

Once you are set, you can go through articles related to angular js in csharpcorner -
