Show text in marquee tag from database in PHP

Hi friends

I have a problem,problem is that I have a marquee, textbox and a ok button in a html from in php. When we enter any text in the textbox then click ok button then value of textbox saved in the database. when we refresh the page then value are displaing in marquee tag from database. I want value will be display in marquee tag without page refresh from database ? Please tell me anyone ? Please help me ?
