To know the problem statment better and help you, could you please elaborate the problem statement. Does you mean, say if logged in user belong to user group 'A' when he naviagtes to list, should the list show only the items where user group 'A' has permissions, or does you mean programtically get all list items belonging to user group (if group 'A' is passed items where 'A' has permissions has to return, similarly if 'B' is passed items where 'B' has permissions has to return)
