SharePoint Sign In Error

I login in my sharepoint site. and again sign out.. (Site Sign Out Properly), but when i again login that gives error.

This error message page is generic in SharePoint and this does not describe any actual message that can be helpful in identifying the error except that Correlation ID.

The Correlation ID can be used to track the actual error.

What you can do is, run below powershell command on your server.
get-splogevent | ?{$_.Correlation -eq "Your Correlation ID"} | select Area, Category, Level, EventID, Message | Format-List > "C:\Error.log"
This will generate the Error.log text file on your C drive(Or any selected drive which you will mention)
Just open Error.log file with any text editior and you will see the actual error message their.

Hi sachin,

By default, ULS logs are located in the SharePoint hive. For example, the default location for SharePoint 2013 ULS logs is %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\Logs

Here there will be multiple log files. You need to go for latest modified and check for your correlation ID

I am Fresher in sharepoint so i dont know how to find error log file ....

Hi Sachin,

Unexpected error is a generic error & there are various reasons you might get this error. Any of your custom component may fail or it may be because of an issue with one of you service application like distributed cache & so on.

Pick the correleation id and serach for the log file for detailed error message. Do share that to help you with the solution.
