If you want to go in programming, SharePoint is not a right product. Start with a programming language such as C#, C++, or Java.

Once you learn programming, learn database and accessing database to build UI applications.

Thanks for your reply sir but my concern is that after learning any technology can I get the job in IT as a developer? Actually I have around 3 years of gap.
