SharePoint access & Block of cache

Hi All,

Q1) The access permission has been enbaled to all the users. But few users can able

to access the site but few cannot. What could be reason or how to resolve it?

Q2) Where will we configure the BLOCK OF CACHE in sharepoint 2013?

You have to provide more detail about the permission issue, what type of user get the access and who get the access denied? what type of site collection? more information will help us to understand the issue.

On the side note, you should look for the Object cache for SharePoint.

But this is not answer to my question. My question is::: as mentioned below.
