I Have Enable form based authentication & Anonymous Access in my sharepoint team site & I develop Custom visual webpart using visual studio for home page branding. but that webpart not show on home page (means how to give a Anonymous access to visual webpart for displying on the home page)

I have no idea about how to remove webpart zone from security-triming control.
can you tell me how i can provision that thing.

The only possible problem that I see here is, your webpart zone will be under security-trimining control. Just remove your webpart zone from security-triming control and it will start working.
