set control size fullscreen in wpf

i want to set DockPanel size(height,width) to fullscreen

i mean when use

this.windowState=WindowState.Maximize;

the control width and height sets to maximize

is there a way?

You can set like this...

    ResizeMode="NoResize"
   WindowState="Maximized"
   WindowStyle="None"
   WindowStartupLocation="CenterScreen"
   Height="{Binding SystemParameters.PrimaryScreenHeight}"
   Width="{Binding SystemParameters.PrimaryScreenWidth}">

   HorizontalAlignment="Stretch"
   VerticalAlignment="Stretch"
   Margin="0,0,0,0"
   x:Name="mainPanel" />

Hope it will work.

To make your control responsive, set the Horizontal/Vertical Alignment to stretch and make ite width and height to auto.

Hello Amin Memar, I have created sample application, DockPanel and its child control button both are resizing(fullscreen) automatically when maximize screen manualy or on button click (i added code
this.WindowState = WindowState.Maximized;
) in button click event.
