I want to build website using .NET development
please, I want you tell me information about
what server can I use?
what H/w ,Os ,DB of server
what browser
can this website open by mobile or only PC?

To build a website in .NET, you can use any Windows operating system from XP to Windows 7. If you are running a website locally or on a personal Web server, you can use Windows 7.

Usually, a server is Windows 2003 or 2008 R2. The server must have .NET Framework, IIS and your website and related database if you have any.

YES! Website can be opened from any computer and browser including mobile. Hardware wise, any server will do it. Check Dell.com website and click on Small Business servers to get an idea about the hardware. You usually get a server with a Hosting company because network bandwidth and up time is an important factor as well.

Yes client can use any machine including a mobile device.
