serial key for application

i have devlope a windows application in c#.now i want ato make activation program which check product serial key with ftp files before running .but problem is key are change frequently. so i want to know how can i get serial key which is not change.

Write the code to get the CPU ID,Hard disk ID and processor ID of client PC.Combine all the details.It's the unique id of machine.
After installation check the status of license. (status can be noted in setting file or registry)
if license is empty alert message for license.
generate key with PC unique value now store this into setting or registry
activate the application.
check the status of activation when ever you open the application.

but tell me how we can create key combination which is not change in future .list harddisk,base id,cpu id,etc

Store all the keys in your server application. write a code to access server to validate the license key
