Select, Add, Update, and Delete Data in a ASP.NET GridView

I am working on a gridview1. This gridview is binded to more then 100 table

and displaying data correctly.

but problem is , i am unable to purform insert ,update ,delete task.

how should i revolve this.

Note:-Tables doesn't have primery key .some table have rowid(not all).

Cant change table structure at any cost.

eagerly waitng for the response.

hi
here is also solution that you dont need to disturb the table structures. just add ROW number using query and it will help out to delete and update the record
suppose you have Name, age etc
then you add one your own column of ROW number which would be give you the row number either you can add with some prefix or not but it make all record unique and you can easily perform any action.

1. to distingwish data in each table i am using rowid and unique key

2 i want to update gridview which have data between the range of 1 to 1000 or above .

not 100 records. with 1 gridview binding more then 100 table on dropdown selectindex change.

I have couple of questions
1) How you are distingwish the data in each table. Their must have some uniquesness so you have tell us the what combinations you are considering while Insert / Update / delete. So we can guide you.

2) Let us know are u going to update gridview1 which contains more than 100 records righ ?
