hi..

Suppose i want to search particular item from Attachment which are attached to our mail how it is possible in C#.Net (Windows Application) suppose i have take One Text-box and one Button an i want to search particular item how to do please help me?

It depends on many things. It depends on whether you must write the code that downloads the message(s). If you don't have to because some other software is downloading the message, then you must write code that is specific to that software. It also depends on the type of attachment.
