Yes , we can capture video / image in asp.net c# using bootstrap and html 5...

Also we can save video in server folder or project folder .

This article will run at chrome / firefox / Opera browser .

And for saving this blob video put down c# code to writting base64 data into folder ..

its working properly ,

i have done this using screencapturingSDK in desktop application....but i have to develop in web application....i am facing problem in converting it to web application....
