Hello Every Body,
I want to design a web application in asp.net to send email at fixed time everyday automatically.
But it will not depend upon the page load method.

In the server? If so then just write the program that does the send and then schedule it to run using the Task Scheduler.

I think you might want to consider writing a service or, if you are using SQL Server, its email capabilities instead of a web app. You could even write a console mode app and run it as a scheduled task.
