Thanks for Your Reply, But My Client Had Installed Anti Virus Software in his Server and He said he need to scan Attachment When it is uploaded to the Server So i Need to do this in Programming

Currently I've Used the Below Code (Given in Below Link)

no programming needed here ,just set your Antivirus property to scan each file .if you think about client their is no antivirus installed then how it works .so I don't think your requirement is possible
