Scan Document in asp.net website

I want on click of scan button .its start to find the avilable list of scanners then scan the document and i will store it in my application .any free way to do this .any free api or  free 3rd party tool.

You can use LEADTOOLS Document Imaging SDK technology in your application.

You will need to create a new TwainSession and then use the SelectSource method to select the TWAIN source to acquire pages from.

Then you will want to use the AcquirePage event handler which will fire everytime a page is scanned from the scanner.

Inside the AcquirePage event you can gather the RasterImage that holds the image data of the page scanned by using the Image property.
