Hi Team,

i need to display Sum of row in sharePoint online modern view. if it is classic view i can wirte rest api in script editor and fix the issue..but modran view how can i fix the issue in modran view..

can you please help me to fix the issue.

yes..i agree with you..if it is a classic mode.. we can do both (code/OOTB) ways.

but i need modran view ...

can i know any alternative solustion for this.

Hello Friend,

If you are using SharePoint list then no need to write a code for this functionality. There is a Out of Box feature to acheive this. Please go through the below steps to acheive it.

Step1 : Your cost column should have Number in the dataType.
Step2: Go to list settings -> Scroll down and look into the Views section.
Step3: Click on AllItems under Views.
Step4: Go to Total Section .
Step5: In droupDown, choose cost and Total dropdown choose SUM.
Step6: Click on Ok. Then see the result.

This is the result using OOB feature in SharePoint. But his is in classic page and i am not sure about new page.
