Retrieving text document to code behind

hai all,

i want to retrieve a html data from a text document to my code behind for a .cs file
in asp.net , how can i do this,

can anybody help me out,

You can also retrieve a file from the server in one line using:

string html = System.IO.File.ReadAllText("c:\\test.htm");

Hi,

If you want to read the file then,

// Read the file as one string.
System.IO.StreamReader myFile =
new System.IO.StreamReader("c:\\test.htm");
string myString = myFile.ReadToEnd();

myFile.Close();

// Display the file contents.
Console.WriteLine(myString);
