Restrict Sql Server Access in LAN

Hello everyone,

I have 2 PC in LAN.In both PC we have installed sql server 2005.
I can access database of other sql Server through my sql management studio.
& same vice versa.
How i can restrict other Sql server management studio from accessiing my
sql database.
