Hi,

Generate SelectedIndexChanges event for Username ComboBox,and in that event assign null value to your password textbox like

Private Sub ComboBox1_SelectedIndexChanged(ByVal sender As Object, _ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles ComboBox1.SelectedIndexChanged

txtPassword.Text=string.Empty
