Is it possible to remove any every type of virus, malware and other threat from pc or laptop manually without using antivirus. If yes , than Is there any kind of book or tutorial for it.

In theory, yes, because you could write similar code to what the Antivirus companies use to remove malware.

However, the antivirus industry is very competitive and they're certainly not going to reveal their code to the public at large, because a knowledge of this code would obviously be of help to their competitors and (worse still) to the virus writers themselves in defending against it.

As a result I can't find any books about writing anti-virus software as such. However, there are some books on analyzing malware and here are a couple of the more up to date ones for you to check out:

Joginder,

That link is for removing an antivirus product rather than the viruses themselves.

Mind you, some of these products are almost as difficult to get rid of as the malware itself!
