Hello

Well you can do this by ipdating column like below :

update tablename SET your_column = REPLACE(column_name, 'value_to_be_replace', ' ')

so u just need to update value with blank space

OR

You can also make use of substring() function like :

update table SET column_name = SUBSTRING(column_name or string , position , replacement_character );
