Remove some part of string in string c#

i have a string i need to remove first date time please find below

"12-01-2014 16:39:41: 1)(@&$!C:1X:X Base Hardware formality shipped to \US\."

i want remove date time

string substr = @"12-01-2014 16:39:41:";
int count = substr.Length;
string s = str.Substring(0, count);

Try this..

str = "12-01-2014 16:39:41: 1)(@&$!C:1X:X Base Hardware formality shipped to \US\." 
str = str.SubString (21); // to remove the first 21 characters.
str = str.Remove (0, 21); // to remove the first 21 characters
