Regular Expression validator

I always try to avoid regular expressions and regular expression validators.  There are very few people that are good with regular expressions.  Even if you get the code right, the next programmer may not be able to maintain it.  So I use custom validators instead and code to do the validation.  You can write your own Javascript code, or you can do server side validation code.
