Regarding usage Override

Hi,

Anyone please explain why to use "Protected" access specifier while overriding the virtual methods.

When overriding, you must not change the prior specified access modifier.
Since the base class declares it to be protected your override has to be protected, too.
Protected grants access to self and derived classes only.
So having a protected virtual does make sense if you do not want other instances than derived ones to call that method.
