why Base constructor is not inherit in derived class

Because if they do, then every class would have a parameterless constructor derived from Object class.

as per the MSDN documentation: A derived class inherits all the members (fields, methods, and nested classes) from its base class. Constructors are not members, so they are not inherited by derived classes, but the constructor of the base class can be invoked from the derived class.

Lets Make it simple

Rule of the constructor is it should have same name as that of class

so if the constructors are inherited then it will Violate this rule

anothe reason constructors are not memeber but they are used to Initialise the Class Members so it does not makes sense to Initialise the things of base class from child class

I understand what your saying ,when methods are inherited in derived class..
so constructors are also inherited in child class ,but constructors are not inherited why.?

let example

every base class methods are inherited in derived class.

why constructors are not????

Hi Mohammed,

The base constructor will automattically calls when you are creating object for your derived class.
