Reading data from 2 files and Creating .csv file with it

Hello,

I am developing a small code which reads data from 2 different files. One file is .CSV and the other is.DAT.

I am storing the data from these 2 files into multidimensional array depending on their values. then creating a text file that should contain this data.

I wrote the following code, but i do not see any result in the console, Thanks in Advance

Hello, So now i changed the code. I fixed all errors. and what is now shown into the Console is the The Contents of the buffer are then some system message []. I would like to show the components of the result array which has the new date. The same data that will be in the new created CSV File. The code is below:

I am still debugging it but the CSV file is never created.

Use break point on your code and check value on each line,
Anyway i also trying to resolve your query on my machine.
