To load PDF using the Acrobat control, please check the following link:

Note that this solution is valid if the machine you are installing your application on has Adobe Reader. If you don’t want to rely on Adobe Reader, you can use LEADTOOLS which gives you controls to load and display the PDF in your C# application. The code is simple as follows:
DocumentViewer _viewer;
Panel _panel = new Panel();
_panel.Name = "middlePanel";
_panel.Size = new Size(this.Width, this.Height);
this.Controls.Add(_panel);
var createOptions = new DocumentViewerCreateOptions
{
// The middle panel for the view
ViewContainer = _panel,
};
_viewer = DocumentViewerFactory.CreateDocumentViewer(createOptions);
var fileName = @"C:\Users\Public\Documents\LEADTOOLS Images\Leadtools.pdf";
var document = DocumentFactory.LoadFromFile(fileName, new LoadDocumentOptions());
_viewer.SetDocument(document);

Hi,

You can use Spire.Pdf.dll(available on NuGet: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Spire.PDF/) to read text from TextBox form fields in PDF file. Try below code:
PdfDocument pdf = new PdfDocument();
//Load file
pdf.LoadFromFile(@"D:\Input.pdf");

StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder();

//Get form
PdfFormWidget formWidget = pdf.Form as PdfFormWidget;

for (int i = 0; i < formWidget.FieldsWidget.List.Count; i++)
{
    PdfField field = formWidget.FieldsWidget.List[i] as PdfField;

    //Read data from TextBox form field
    if (field is PdfTextBoxFieldWidget)
    {
        PdfTextBoxFieldWidget textBoxField = field as
        PdfTextBoxFieldWidget;

        sb.AppendLine(textBoxField.Text);
    }
