Read First Step control value in next step in Wizard

I have created the form with wizard control and in the First step I have one textbox I wan to read now this textbox value client side (by javascript ) in Secont wizard step which comes after next click on First wizard step

On first wizard when you click next store the value as object where the object variable must be a global variable.
var formValues=
{
value1:$("#txtbox1").val(),
value2:$("#txtbox2").val()

}
Note:- formValues is a global variable, outside of all functions (var formValues={})
on your 2nd wizard read as
var value2=formValues.value2;
