Random generation of multiple records

Hi

I have a database which contains multiple chapters of multiple books having content. What I want to generate a quiz only for the read chapters. I have a field in DB READ , If READ is ONE them questions will be asked only from that chapters in random order.

my table consist if book_ID, chapter_Id ,content, Read

I want to get all the values of chapters having READ ONE and then generate random questions
from read chapters.
