RAD Grid Data Binding in Silverlight

Hi,

I am using the Silver Light application. Here i need a help Please anyone can help me to resolve this.

I am using RAD grid,in that i have combo box column, i have doubt on binding the values in the RAD grid view combo box columns.

I have added the item source property in the XAML part but it shows error. How to overcome this issue and resolve the same

Please anyone help me to resolve this.
