Hi Sir, Mam,
I publish my website in IIS10. There are already 3 webiste with different port publish and accessible.
This one after I publish in IIS 10 website is accessible only in internal server where IIS is installed/configure.
But when access the website outside this server like in my local machine, it is not accessible.
Pls. kindly help to resolve this.

check the firewall inbound rule.
To validtate , turn windows firewall off for a moment and check if the site is accessible. If it is then create an inbound rule cause you shouldn't disable windows firewall.

I think you have to do some make changes to the windows firewall like check your port is open or not.
