Steps for Publish and Deploy
1. First note down SVN number from which you are publishing.
2. For Publishing there are multiple ways .One of simple way .Publish to Files and select only those files which are newly created and modified only.
3. For new take hole published folder.Then using Filezilla you can deploy to server .
4. Before deploying take backup of Server project and then start uploading new changes.
5. Start uploading your changes to IIS server .
6. After deploy just try to login and view pages .If permissible enter dummy values to test.
