In the method name i am getting error as "not all code path return a value."?

Hi,

I have modified your code...see the following code. Actually you are not returning method level value.

public int veg()
{
try
{
for (i = 10; i <= 10; i++)
{
Console.WriteLine("Enter the value", i=0);
i = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine());
//i = Console.ReadLine();
Console.WriteLine("Enter the item name : ");
itemno = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine());
Console.WriteLine("Enter the weight ");
itemweight = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine());
Console.WriteLine("Enter the Price");
itemprice = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine());
totalprice = itemweight * itemprice;
Console.WriteLine("The total Price is : " + totalprice);
totalprice = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine());
return itemprice;
}
}
catch (Exception a)
{
Console.WriteLine(angel);
return 0;
}
return 0;

}

I'm getting one more error in same coding. In for loop I getting "Unreachable code detected" .

Hi,

This error come generally when you are not returning as method return type.

Can you show your demo code for understanding where are you getting the error?
