Please help me:
My Question is ;
Assume that one project team member in the development team will become unavailable (due to oversea conference attendance) for 1 week in the middle of the project. What are the steps to accommodate this change?

Divide the tasks that this particular team member was suppose to do among other members.

OR

ask this team member to work overtime after his/her return!!!
