Can you please advice which domain product should i work on so that i can easily earn some money through licences and very useful for businesses. I want to apply my code skills in product development. I am working in Workforce Management domain company. I am also looking for some kind of product development.

To make a product work offline, you must build product so all the data you need is stored on local storage (phone, device) I can't really advice you on without knowing more details You must talk and spend weeks and months work discussing this with someone who has experience First thing, you should have a detailed functional requirements that will list all features and then focus on system design I've not used ASPNET Mobile MVP so don't know much about it

Thanks a lot for you nice advise. Actually I am thinking a product like Xora mobile based solution. You can see at this url http://www.xora.com/. It is not a few months effort but may be year effort.

If I am going with Asp.Net Mobile MVC to make this application. Can you tell me it will also work in offline mode and also with PhoneGap?

This is a good thought, Keshav First thing you need to do is, come up with a product that some companies or customer will pay for Once you have that, start building it and once ready, start giving free trials to some people to test it out and continue improving it Once its in good stage, you can start selling it
These days, product licensing model is dying and cloud service (SAAS) model is in demand where you build some kind of service, let people get a subscription and everything is done on your Web server It takes away the hassle of installations, upgrades and many others
