process and check multiple choice question from database.

I have stored questions in question table and answers in answer table, question is extracted in exam with choice and user has to choose the answer , answers can multiple, uptill now i have done , now i m stuck in processing the question ,as their are multiple answers how to check whether the marked answers are correct or not.
