Problem with table spacing...

I cant seem to find why the is a space btween two tables. If I have table1 with all my goodies in it(tr's/td's) and add a second table below it, it will leave a space between the two tables at runtime. I tried using the 'margin-bottom'/'margin-top' attribute but even if it's on 0px it still leaves the space but when I increase the px, the space grows.

What can the cause be of this space between the two tables?

If your using css, you could also try making sure that the container that holds your tables, has padding:0px such as html,body,form{padding:0px}

ya i 4got n wrote cellspacing twice

its :

cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"

diya, you are correct. i think you forget to write the cellpadding. that also should be zero.

Oh... but i think is should worked by nested table.. i dont know why its not working with you

do you have set the cellspacing and cellspacing property of table to 0 ?

cellspacing="0" cellspacing="0"

try this..

Does this have something to do with Master/Content Pages?
I tried a clean web project with only a web page on and the two tables appeared to display correct with no space between them.
Created then a new clean project with Master/Content pages. On my master I have two table, and each contains a content placeholder. The first is only for the master and the second content placeholder is for my content page. I get the same result as my original post. Am I doin something wrong??

try use nested table..

when u close the last tr of table1 there create another table..

this way..

............
