Problem with css templates

Hi...

I just downloaded a css template and made it my master page and added a page based on the master page. The problem i'm having is making the controls(buttons,labels,etc) that i added to the form to work, e.g i'm getting no post pack when i press a button!

I'm losing my mind,Please help.
