in u r uploaded code i could not get images.May be possible ur image or css will be conflict on class selector or id selector in external css.

As i see u r file,i think u r used Template right,then first copy and paste source code in Master page after that Add in our Application images(dont forget same images folder name) after that add stylesheet ok,and go to design see if not come close masterpage and Reopen
