hi every one

i have date filter criteria FromDate to Todate and its working nice ..............i want a one checkbox which is select all record when user checked it and disable the FromDate to ToDate selection criteria.......and also i want radio button for sorting the record...please suggest me ....how i can do it.......

please help me.........................
