Problem in inserting data

Hello,

I have a form (fields: Name, ContactNo, StaffType). If I am using textboxes fields So data inserted successfully. But when I am using dropdown in "StaffType" field. My submit button dies not work. My application is in asp.net MVC 4 and angularjs. Please help.

When I am using textbox, data inserted successfully.

But when I change textbox to dropdown, Submit button does not work.
